Due to the sensitive nature of the lenses, earrings ,clothing items and any other wearable products , any returns or exchanges are not accepted as used item are considered tainted , unhygienic for resale purpose.

We accept return if item found defected upon receipt. This rarely happens because we always take pictures and checked all product before send out to customers.If item was incorrect or damage during delivery please do a full video proof of unboxing when package received. Start from opening the package from the beginning , and show each item clearly.

Please contact us for processing procedure. All return item must be return to us in original and new condition. Any sign of wear ,tear or opened product (contact lens) will be rejected for any refund.

Please bear in mind customer will need to bear all return shipping cost.

.Any defect should contact us within 3days after received date. After 3days the sales are considered final and you accepted the product without any defect.

If there is any return or refund BEFORE package ship out please note the transaction fees of 8% from your order is NOT refundable.This transactions fees including charges by PayPal & shop handling fees.

For cancellation or refund AFTER package shipped out cannot be refund. You may request for voucher as replacement. Undeliverables package or return package can be resend but buyer need to pay for shipping fees. Should there be any dispute raised due to such scenario we reserved the rights to demand a restocking fees of 70% cover loss for shipping fees & item restocking cost.

The outcome of the lens color will depend solely on each individuals natural eye color.Therefore, the desired outcome or effect of the lens may be achieved but is not guaranteed.Product label/name may varied due to different manufacturer/supplier. The lens name as stated in website are sometimes renamed for easier navigation purposes non related with actual label name etc.

If a received item is believed to be "Not As Described" or "Not As 

Advertised" this conclusion must be made BEFORE the lens is opened or 

worn. All lens come in a transparent container, which allows the lens to

 be viewed without opening to confirm it is the item that was ordered, 

the correct color, and without damage. We are happy to exchange or 

refund items that are in the original condition and packaging that have 

not been opened. Customer will have to bear all return shipping cost.

Contact Lens Size/Diameter - All contact lens were generally made between 14.0mm to 15.0mm for normal range diameter except for sclera lenses which are 17mm or 22mm. Please allow some diameter error in our website description for standard size lens due to different manufacturer & brand. Please keep in mind all sizes within the 15mm range are generally suitable for everyone. Lenses on different eye colors will show different effects.Pictures for reference only.
