1. What shipping do you offer ? How much ?


We provide Express & Standard international mail.

2. Which country do you ship ? How many days to arrive ?


We can ship to virtually anywhere in the globe. Arrival days estimate anything from 8-60 days depend on destination and the courier type you chose.For shipping to Malaysia address please contact us for more information.


3. Do you offer free sponsorship ?


Yes, we are glad to offer you free products in exchange for high quality photos and video. You just need to pay the freight. Only contact lens available for barter-ship collaboration. Check out category COLLABORATION

4. How to place order ?


Find the product you want→add into cart then checkout and proceed for payment. We do NOT message or ask for payment out of this website. All transaction should made within this site only. 


5. When do you ship?

Usually anything from 2-7days item can be ship out. If you buy pre order mix with ready stock item , your order will be process under pre order. Pre order are not available for express shipping. Please note when making your order.


6. What happen if I did not receive my package ?


Each package is track-able using our shipping company website. Guaranteed item received or we will replace the item back. This apply for selected country region only. Subject to our purchase terms and condition.


7. What happen if the item I ordered out of stock ?


Here we sell many brand & design , if the one you chose out of stock we still have other brand which have the same design just different label. But if let's say you are particular to buy a certain brand you can leave a message saying so. Normally out of stock we will inform you first whether to change or refund. Hence it's important during checkout that you leave us an active email in order to receive any update for your order.


8. What is the difference of pre order & ready stock ?


Ready stock item keep in our own warehouse , order can be process within shorter amount of time compare to pre order. Do note for certain pre order item may direct post from our warehouse to save shipping process time. Example you ordered mixed product from both category ready + pre order. You may received two separate tracking number for your order.

9. How often should I change the contact lens ?

>For One Day contact lens there were meant for One Time use only.

>For monthly please refer packaging description either for 1month or 3 months disposable.

>For 6-12 months lenses , we suggest you change a new one as soon as any discomfort sign etc. Due to contacts sensitivity nature best to throw and change new  within ;

1-3months for heavy user(use >15times /month) ; 

4-6months for medium user(use <5 times /month) ; 

7-12months (use <12times in a year)
